This paper investigates the Magnus force as it occurs on a rotating cylindrical body with a conical nose in flight at high subsonic velocities and at small angles of attack.
This thesis document was issued under the authority of another institution, not NPS. At the time it was written, a copy was added to the NPS Library collection for reasons not now known.
