Training the petty officers of the United States navy in human relations.
Abstract
All too frequently remarks are made by persons who were members of our armed forces during the recent war that they liked the armed services pretty well, but-- and then the irritating aspects will begin to be listed. In fact, it is not uncommon for individuals now in the service to make such remarks. These remarks are most frequently made by the non-commissioned personnel, and it would seem that they indicate a problem that needs careful and prompt attention.
