Project Description: NPS ARIES (Acoustic Radio Interactive Exploratory Server) is used for development of computer architecture, software, sensors, and navigational hardware for small- to medium-sized autonomous systems. Most recently it has been used for testing a blazed-array forward- looking sonar for development of obstacle-avoidance algorithms.
