The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the major concepts and terminology of financial and managerial accounting in the Farsi (Iranian) language.
English accounting textbooks were screened and studied to develop a complete understanding of accounting terminology. Complicated terms were discussed with appropriate faculty members of the Naval Postgraduate School. The meanings of the key concepts and terms were then written in the Iranian language in such a way that future Indian [Iranian] students can build a sound understanding of accounting principles.
