| dc.description.abstract | A major problem experienced by the Naval Postgraduate School Comptroller concerns the methods presently used in the labor distribution budget process. These methods are primarily manual and very labor intensive. Developing and implementing an information management system for the comptroller will significantly reduce labor requirements and enhance the timeliness and accuracy of the information required to perform the budget process. A proposal for the analysis, design and implementation of such a system is the primary focus of this thesis. | |
