dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this MBA professional report is to study and analyze Performance-Based Service Acquisition (PBSA) policies and processes within Department of Defense (DoD) for potential applicability to Hellenic Navy service acquisition polices. This MBA Report includes a literature review and background information about PBSA, current PBSA implementation within the U.S. DoD, current Hellenic Navy acquisition laws and regulations, the legal barriers and constraints to implementation of PBSA and recommendations (based on the findings) to the Hellenic Navy for the potential implementation of PBSA.en_US
