A Quarterly Review of Research & Activities from the Acquisition Research Program at Naval Postgraduate School. ARP students and researchers have been busy creating new knowledge and insights about defense acquisition. ARP's quarterly review, The Crow's Nest, gives a bird's eye view of the issues, opportunities, and concerns we see in acquisition research.
Issue 2 highlights recent events that bring together and inform the acquisition community. It also showcases the work of December 2020 graduates and research from NPS faculty and grant recipients.
