dc.description.abstractIt is the aim of this paper to investigate the use of dynamic braking in the dead zone of a relay servo to improve its performance as a positioning device. The investigation was performed at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey, California during the period September, 1955 to May, 1956.
